Delete your HotSnack account
You can permanently deactivate your account from inside the app or on the web. You must sign in so we can protect the account from an unauthorised deletion request.
- In the app, open More → Privacy & account.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Choose Delete my account and complete the confirmation.

What is deleted
Your contact details are removed or anonymised, order-profile connections are disconnected, active sessions and registered devices are revoked, and you lose access to unused promotional Points, Gems, vouchers and challenge entries.
What may be retained
Restricted financial, fraud-prevention, prize and reward audit records may be retained where required by law or a legitimate audit need. These records are anonymised where possible and are not used to reactivate your account or for advertising.

If you cannot sign in, email info@hotsnack.co.uk from the address connected to your account. We may ask for limited information to verify that the account belongs to you.
