Hot Snack uses the personal information you provide to operate your account, connect eligible Hot Snack purchases, deliver rewards, run games and challenges, prevent misuse, and administer sponsor or charity campaigns.
Information we use
- Name, email address, mobile number and account preferences.
- Order-profile identifiers, eligible payment references, purchase values and refund information from our payment-processing provider.
- Game results, referrals, rewards, Gem purchases, sponsor interactions and security logs.
- Technical information needed for sessions, rate limiting, fraud prevention and app installation.
How information is used
- To verify your email, provide password recovery and secure your account.
- To create or link your Hot Snack order profile and credit eligible purchases.
- To calculate Points, Gems, rankings, referrals and challenge prizes.
- To measure qualified sponsor poster or video views.
- To comply with legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and audit obligations.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the service, such as payment-processing, hosting and email-delivery providers, or where required by law. Sponsors receive campaign statistics rather than customer contact details unless you separately consent.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account from the Account screen. Contact information is removed or anonymised and active sessions are revoked. Transaction, reward and compliance records may be retained in anonymised form where necessary.
Your choices
You can update your name, mobile number and marketing preference in the Account screen. You may contact Hot Snack regarding access, correction or deletion requests.
