Account and privacy
Use the Account screen to update your profile, marketing choice and game audio. You can also delete your account or read the Privacy Policy.
Fitness permissions
Fitness Rewards are optional. You can disconnect Apple Health or Android Health Connect in your phone settings. Location is requested only for a fitness activity that clearly says GPS verification is required. Turning these permissions off does not stop wallet, food-order or game features from working.
Games and football
Keep the app open and connected during a live football match. Matchmaking shows a 60-second countdown and starts an arcade opponent if another player does not join. Game results remain on screen until you choose Continue.
Rewards and food orders
Connect the same email and mobile number used for your Hot Snack food order. Eligible completed purchases are credited after order processing; a refund can reverse the linked reward.
