You must provide accurate contact information, verify your email, protect your password and use only one personal account unless Hot Snack approves otherwise.

Points and Gems

Reward Points and Snack Gems are promotional digital balances governed by the rules displayed in the app. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and may be subject to expiry, correction, refund reversal, challenge rules and reasonable anti-fraud controls. Reward Points may be redeemed only for eligible Hot Snack products under the conversion shown in the app.

Games and challenges

Challenge parameters, participant thresholds, ranking rules, prizes and sponsor allocations are displayed or configured for each event. Virtual participants may help a challenge reach its start threshold but cannot win prizes. Hot Snack may invalidate manipulated, automated or fraudulent results.

Football and digital players

Football player cards, League Credits and upgrades are in-app items. League Credits are not Reward Points and cannot be converted to food or cash. Real-time matches depend on network availability and may fall back to server-controlled or bot play where stated.

Hot Snack purchases

Eligible completed Hot Snack purchases may earn Points after your order profile is connected. Refunds can reverse rewards. A third-party payment provider processes online payments, and checkout details may still depend on browser and payment-account settings.

Sponsor and charity campaigns

Sponsor campaigns require Hot Snack approval. Qualified views, allocation percentages and charity food commitments are calculated using the published campaign rules. Charity allocations represent a commitment for Hot Snack to prepare or supply eligible food and are recorded for reporting.

Service changes

Hot Snack may modify, suspend or withdraw features, balances or challenges where needed for security, law, technical operation or fair administration. Material changes will be communicated through the service where practical.
