These terms govern your use of HotSnack Rewards, operated by Hot Snack Ltd. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old. A parent or guardian must create and supervise an account for anyone under 13. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to review these terms with you. Provide accurate details, keep your password private and use one personal account unless HotSnack approves another arrangement.

Points, Gems and loyalty levels

Points and Snack Gems are promotional balances used only under the rules shown in HotSnack. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, shares or an investment; they cannot be withdrawn, transferred for value or converted back to cash. They may be earned from eligible food purchases, games, verified activity, referrals and approved promotions. Refunds, misuse or reversed activity can reverse related rewards.

The mobile-store app does not sell digital Gems through an external payment method. Store-build Gems are earned through eligible activity and physical Hot Snack purchases. Any future sale of digital items inside a store build will use the store's required purchase system and will be governed by the additional terms shown at that time.

Games, challenges and football

Rules, entry limits, timers, prizes and ranking methods are displayed for each activity. Scores produced by automation, tampering, multiple accounts or other unfair play may be rejected. Networked football tries to find another player for the displayed waiting period and may then start against a clearly server-controlled arcade opponent. All users receive equal gameplay equipment; paid competitive upgrades are not offered.

Fitness Rewards

Fitness Rewards use only activity you choose to share from Apple Health or Android Health Connect. Steps may earn the Points shown in the app; active energy and distance may be display-only. Manual, duplicated, altered, implausible or unsupported activity may be excluded. GPS is requested only for a challenge clearly marked as requiring location verification. Fitness Rewards are promotional and are not medical advice.

Hot Snack food purchases and vouchers

Eligible completed food purchases may earn Gems after your order profile is connected. Delivery charges, tips and amounts already covered by rewards may be excluded. Food checkout is for physical goods and is processed by the identified payment provider. Voucher eligibility, minimum order, expiry and usage limits are shown with the voucher. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Advertising

Games may begin with a sponsor message or a three-second HotSnack house animation. Sponsor repetition is frequency-limited. Sponsor messages are contextual and are not selected using health, fitness or location information. Advertising does not change competitive gameplay or prize eligibility.

Social rewards and Share a Meal

Social rewards require the public URL of content you published on your own account; approval is not guaranteed. Kindness Meal contributions are voluntary and applied under the displayed campaign rules. A recipient does not have to be photographed. Gallery publication requires separate consent and may be withdrawn.

Availability and changes

We may correct errors, rebalance future rewards, suspend unsafe or unfair activity, and change or withdraw features where reasonably necessary for law, security or operation. We will not remove a statutory right. Service availability can be affected by networks, phone permissions, third-party platforms and maintenance.

Account suspension and deletion

You may delete your account in the app or through the account deletion page. Deletion ends access to unused promotional balances and active entries. We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully or in serious breach of these terms, normally after giving notice where practical.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. HotSnack is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from personal consumer use.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory rights to bring a claim in your home courts.
